If you’re managing business transactions or setting up a new company in Singapore, here’s some great news: ACRA has made important documents available for purchase through the Bizfile iShop!

Now, you can easily access essential business records like the Register of Members (ROM) and Business Entity Extracts for recent transactions, such as entity registrations, annual returns, and more, all at your fingertips.

Key details to keep in mind:

• ROM is now available for just $20 per copy (Please ensure that all share-related updates are fully processed before purchasing).
• Business Entity Extracts for transactions filed from 9 December 2024 are now available, making it easier to access critical company information when you need it most.

You can head over to Bizfile to buy these documents under the “Buy Information” tab in the iShop.

Extra tip

If you are filing Annual Returns (AR), most companies are now doing it smoothly on Bizfile. You can follow ACRA’s step-by-step instructions on their website via this link for guidance.

In case you experience any system issues during the AR filing process, please take a screenshot of the error message and include a short description of the issue.

You have to submit this through the AR support form provided by ACRA.

If the issue is due to a system error, ACRA will continue to waive any late filing penalties for filings that were due from 9 December 2024 onwards.
